Pic of Day: The National Committee on American Foreign Policy sponsored a roundtable discussion with Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Defence Micheál Martin during Mr. Martin's visit to New York for the opening of the United Nations General Assembly. The discussion, held at the Irish Consulate in Manhattan on Tuesday, covered, among other things, Northern Ireland and U.S.-Ireland bilateral relations.
