The Irish Family History Forum has announced three events for the fall. Genealogist Melanie McComb will host “Getting Started in Irish Genealogy on Saturday, Sept. 16. It will be free and open to the public. The Zoom opens at 10:45 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Pre-registration on the IFHF website (www.ifhf.org) is required to attend by Zoom this and other meeting. Michael Fitzpatrick will speak on “The Irish Brigade at the Battle of Gettysburg” on Oct. 28 (note the fourth Saturday rather than the : and Michael Walsh, MAGI, will host “Griffith’s Valuation” on Saturday, Nov. 18.
