The Women of Irish Heritage of the Jersey Shore have announced their Irish Woman of the Year. And she is Kathy Essner of Manasquan. Kathy has been an active member of the WOIH for seventeen years, a member of the executive board for sixteen of them. She has held the positions of Sergeant at Arms, Hostess, Treasurer, Vice President, President and Trustee.
