It was packed house on Wednesday, January 9 as the Grand Council of United Emerald Societies held their 2019 Irishman of the Year Dinner at Antun’s in Queens. The honoree - who is also the Grand Council’s aide to the Grand Marshal of the 2019 New York St. Patrick’s Day Parade Grand Marshal, Brian O’Dwyer - was Thomas B. Farrell from the NYC Corrections Department Emerald Society.
