Founder/director Terence Mulligan has combined a couple of regular elements from the Craic calendar to make what just might well be the world’s first rooftop oyster festival. He organizes the Rockaway Oyster Festival at summer's end, but this year he introduced the oyster theme – with three types, Peconic Gold, Lucky 13 and Swan Island, that are from the Great South Bay on Long Island -- to his annual rooftop fundraising party last evening at Bar 13, 35 East 13th St., near Union Square in Manhattan.
