It's never too early!

Introducing the third generation of pugilists from Arklow’s Moore family. Four-year-old James [left] and big brother Dylan, 5, are the sons of James Moore, the 2001 World Amateur Championship bronze medalist who was 17-3 [10 KOs] as a pro in the light middleweight division. Their grandfather, Jim Moore, is a former fighter and highly respected trainer in Ireland. The wee lads are learning the ropes at Long Island City’s Supreme Team Boxing Gym. “They do the classes,” said dad James, “but I do a bit with them also. I’m enjoying being back in the gym in a less serious capacity.”
