A 59-year-old Yonkers man who is facing public lewdness charges after he was spotted last week exposing himself in a car on Tibbetts Brook Road near McLean Avenue. The area is one of the most Irish in the Westchester County city.
Arrested, according to police, was Aldo Pisano of 75 Jervis Road. He was charged with public lewdness, a misdemeanor.
Police said that on April 23, 2007, Pisano was arrested in Brooklyn on a charge of public lewdness, but pleaded guilty to exposure of a person, a violation, and received a conditional discharge. Pisano has been freed on bail since his Yonkers arrest.
