As always, there is an action-packed calendar of Irish language and Irish-themed events taking place all over the city. A weekly Tea & Chat Conversation Circle takes place every Wednesday at The Irish Arts Center in Manhattan. The IAC also runs Irish Language classes for adults and children. The new term has just begun but you can still join. The children's classes, "Gaelic Kids," take place on Saturday mornings and are a great success so why not give your child the gift of the Irish language?
