Vivian Boyd is an Operating Supervisor for Con Edison. She joined the company as an intern during her senior year of college. She studied Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing at Mercy College (now Mercy University). Upon graduating, Vivian joined the Leadership Development Program at Con Edison, an 18-month rotational program that challenged her to work in three very different areas of the company, strengthening her supervisory, presentation, and leadership skills. After the completion of the program, Vivian took her current role as an Operating Supervisor in the company's Technical Services Laboratory, overseeing the calibration, repairs, and testing of essential equipment to keep the company running smoothly. Vivian is also an active member of Con Edison's Emerald Society, where she sits on the board as Membership Director
