Molly O'Keefe is a producer and head of development at Paradiso Media, an award winning global podcast production company working in fiction, documentary and kids podcasts. This past year she also produced the short film END OF THE PARTY that is waiting on its festival premiere. Prior to Paradiso she oversaw Artists Programs at Tribeca Film Institute serving its mission to fight gender and racial inequality in the entertainment industry and she was an executive at Sundance Productions and Red Hour Films working in television. She spent the start of her career working for the writer/director Roger Kumble and most notably produced a play he wrote and directed starring Brooke Shields and Constance Zimmer in Los Angeles.

Her Irish heritage has always been a major part of her life and it remains so today.  In 2011, Molly represented Southern California in the International Rose of Tralee Festival. She Irish danced for many years when she was younger moving on to play Irish Football during the summers in high school and college, playing for Kerry-Donegal.  In 2004, she was named Player of the Year.  She is an avid athlete having played basketball and ran cross-country in both college and high school.  She is a certified basketball Official in both LA and New York still reffing games most weekends
