Declan O'Brien is the Director, Trading Infrastructure Operations at Options Information Technology. Declan started his career with Options in 2014 in Belfast as a UNIX systems engineer. After spending six months between their Belfast and London offices, Declan moved to New York in early 2015 to expand his remit and pursue an opportunity within technical account management alongside his engineering role. Finding himself responsible for various high-profile clients, including industry leading hedge funds, banks and stock exchanges for the company, Declan quickly established himself as a key member of the account team, helping his clients navigate complex infrastructure projects while reacting to market challenges.
