James McClay works at Maine Department of Health and Human Services as a Child Protective Supervisor. Aside from his professional career James has fully immersed himself in the Maine Irish American community with strong ties to almost every Irish organization in the state. James currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Maine Irish Heritage and is very proud to work with the other board members in elevating the MIHC to bigger and better things.
