Andrew Lynch founded Mason Alexander 9 years ago and has grown it to an employee base of over 100 people. Recently he founded a new company called Enable that builds remote software engineering teams with high growth, innovative companies. He has served on a number of non-profit boards down the years, is a consistent blogger on LinkedIn and just generally tries to live life to the fullest.
