Irish singer-songwriter Susan O’Neill is making a brief New York stopover with last night’s show at Green Room 42 performing with Mick Flannery, and another tonight Thursday at the Dead Rabbit. O’Neill, who the Irish Times said is “audacity personified, a free spirit, a real performer,” has announced the Sept. 13 release of her debut solo album, “Now In a Minute,” which was recorded over an 18-month period in Cork and Clare and the release a single from that album, “Bright Eyes,” and an accompanying video, which was filmed in the wilds of County Clare.
