Pic of Day: New York State Comptroller Tom DiNapioli, pictured right, hosted an event commemorating the Good Friday Agreement Tuesday evening at the Roosevelt House on 65th Street in Manhattan. Pictured with Mr. DiNapoli is (l-r) Mike Cusick, former New York State Assemblyman and currently President and CEO of the Staten Island Economic Development Corporation, Irish Consul General in New York Helena Nolan, and Andrée Murphy of Ireland's Future. All three spoke at the event and Cusick and Consul General Nolan were honored by the comptroller by way of commemorative plaques saluting their work. Also honored was John Samuelsen, International President of the Transport Workers Union. Mr. Samuelsen did not attend as he was in Ireland but he delivered a video greeting to the gathering.
