The twists and turns that come into play when applying for and working with a J-1 visa are to considered in a virtual workshop organized by the Irish Business Organization of New York in conjunction with the Emerald Isle Immigration Center.
The workshop will take place on Wednesday, July 26 from 1 to 2 p.m. eastern.
The workshop applies to all J-1 graduate visa holders in Ireland and the U.S. according to organizers.
The main participants presenting the workshop are Sean O'Dowd, managing director of Silvercrest Asset Management, Thomas Matteo, president, the Sequiter Group, and Ciara Brady, currently a J-1 intern at the Emerald Isle Immigration Center.
