Pic of Day: Congressman Richard Neal and other members of the Massachusetts Congressional Delegation held a moment of silence for the late Congressman Brian Donnelly as well as Congressman John Olver on the House floor last week. At the beginning of this week Rep. Neal chaired a panel discussion at the Good Friday Agreement 25th anniversary event at Cooper Union in Manhattan. The following night he spoke (pictured) at the annual Martin McGuinness Peace Foundation dinner at Rosie O'Grady's, also in Manhattan. Congressman Neal has penned a tribute to his friend Brian Donnelly that will appear as a letter to the editor in next week's print edition of the Echo.
