Pic of Day: Pictured is Ernie O’Malley's son, Cormac O'Malley, at the opening of an exhibition to mark the 102nd anniversary of the daring escape of Ernie O’Malley, Frank Teeling and Simon Donnelly from Kilmainham Gaol during the War of Independence. The museum has also unveiled the newly-restored gates through which the men escaped, along with the new portrait of Ernie O’Malley by Mick O’Dea PPRHA.
