Pic of Day: U.S. special Envoy to the North, Joe Kennedy III recently visited New York State Comptroller Tom DiNapoli for a briefing on the comptroller’s investments. Since 2008, Mr. DiNapoli’s office has invested in Northern Ireland earning a return for the New York State Pension Fund while creating jobs that sustain the peace process.
