Bob Nolan, for years one of the leading members of the Ancient Order of Hibernians in New York, has died.
He passed at home peacefully with his family.
A dedicated Hibernian, Nolan was former District 4 Director, Bronx County President and current New York State Deputy Political Education Committee Chair.
A wake will be held today, Monday December 18, at Schuyler Hill Funeral Home 3535 East Tremont Avenue in the Bronx from 2 to 7 p.m. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 19 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Solace, Morris Park Avenue in the Bronx.
AOH members who will be attending the wake are encouraged to wear sashes and medallions.
