Due to the inclement weather forecast for Saturday, March 12, the White Plains, Westchester County parade committee has decided to postpone the White Plains St. Patrick’s Day Parade until Saturday, March 26th and for it to begin that day at 12 noon.
"Hopefully, we will have much better weather that day," said Grand Marshal Jim Houlihan.
