Solemn Moment at Emerald Celebration

Pic of Day: For the first time in two years, the Irish community of Rockland County, New York, was able to hold its traditional start to Irish American Heritage Month and the St. Patrick’s Day season: the Emerald Ball. Amidst the joy at being able to once again gather in friendship and to honor shared heritage, a moment was taken to remember all those whom the community has lost since its members last met.
