Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky addressed further and higher education students in the Helix, Dublin City University, via videolink today. Meanwhile, the Irish Independent published the names of 52 politicians – including the Taoiseach, the Tanaiste and the Minister for Foreign Affairs – who have been informed that they are banned by the Kremlin from entering the Russian Federation.
