No Test Required For Vaccinated Travelers

The Irish government has introduced new travel rules that drop the requirement for vaccinated passengers to have a negative Covid-19 test.

However, unvaccinated travelers will still be required to show a negative PCR test taken 72 hours before arrival in Ireland.

The new arrangement is coming into effect from Thursday, January 6.

According to RTE, the government moved to require all passengers to have a negative test for the virus when the Omicron variant of Covid-19 first emerged.
