The Shamrocks held their annual all-day 6-a-side soccer tournament on Sunday in Sunnyside Gardens Park, Queens, New York City, and it was adjudged a huge success, despite the occasional downpour making for muddy playing conditions. Eight teams showed up together with various family members and friends for the community event that included a barbeque and other activities. “A fantastic turnout,” said veteran Joey Behan, who is pictured center with Kevin Grogan, left, and Anto May.
