Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is to visit Belfast as well as Dublin this week.
Secretary Clinton will travel to Belfast on Friday, Dec. 7 to meet officials and to discuss the peace process and investment opportunities.
The visit is part of a four-day trip that will also take in Dublin, the Czech Republic and Belgium. It could be one of Clinton's last overseas trips in her current job capacity.
Clinton is well familiar with Ireland and has previously visited Northern Ireland three times
She will take part in an event hosted by The Ireland Funds, this after her stopover in the Republic.
In Dublin, Secretary Clinton is participating in the meeting of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, currently chaired by Ireland.
