Irish Echo editor Ray O'Hanlon will read from and sign copies of his recently published thriller "The South Lawn Plot," at Irish Eyes Imports in Westwood, New Jersey this Saturday, May 21 from 2 to 4 p.m.
The event is being held in conjunction with the Bookends book store of Ridgewood. "The South Lawn Plot" is O'Hanlon's debut work of fiction and is published by Boston-based GemmaMedia.
His first book, "The New Irish Americans," was published by Roberts Rinehart in 1998 and was a winner of a Washington Irving Book Award. O'Hanlon was also one of a number of writers who co-authored "Irish American Chronicle," an illustrated history of the Irish in America, which was published by Chicago-based Legacy Publishing in 2009.
