By Irish Echo Staff

Journalists Jimmy Breslin and Dan Barry will discuss immigration at a joint lecture Thursday evening, Nov. 4 at the New York Society for Ethical Culture, 2 West 64th Street at Central Park West in Manhattan.

During the discussion, Breslin will revisit his 2002 book "The Short Sweet Dream of Eduardo Gutiérrez. "The book, which the legendary journalist considers his personal favorite among the many he has written, chronicles the life and tragic death of an undocumented worker from Mexico. It also explores the broader issues of municipal corruption and U.S. border policy.
