Anne Mullaney focuses her practice on the representation of a wide variety of healthcare providers, including urban and rural hospitals, physician groups, medical staffs, home health and hospice providers, rehabilitation companies, and a 300 member Independent Physician Association. Mullaney serves as general counsel to a number of hospitals and healthcare providers in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and New Jersey. In addition, she serves as special counsel to healthcare clients on a wide variety of issues, including the structuring of hospital-physician joint ventures, regulatory compliance, HIPAA, managed care contract negotiations, certificate of need, reimbursement and hospital-medical staff relations.
Prior to practicing law, Mullaney held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Peterson Hospital, a 176-bed rehabilitation, SNF and ICF facility in Wheeling, West Virginia. In 2006, she was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer, an honor bestowed upon the top five percent of Pennsylvania lawyers.
