Larry Byrne, the co-managing partner of the New York office and the head of the US litigation practice, handles complex white-collar criminal, government regulatory and civil litigation matters. He has particular experience in antitrust, securities, class action defense, commercial, bankruptcy, and First Amendment and media litigation. He also has extensive experience representing clients involved in all types of government and internal investigations, as well as related trial and appellate matters. Byrne brings to his practice several years of experience as a federal prosecutor.
